Yes, my blood test, they were supposed to do an INR, which was very, very important. And they did other blood tests and did not do the INR. I know that they were given instructions to, so they fell down on that one.

The facility was all on one floor making it easy for people like me with mobility issues to navigate.

They did a nice job.

Everyone was great. Another person helped me prior to Andrea. She was very good and pleasant, but I can’t remember her name. She helped take my vitals and help me when I was having a little elevated blood pressure.

The person who took care of me told me they would call me with the results and further treatment. Nobody called me. I had to call myself very difficult to get a hold of anybody. Your company is losing a personal touch.

Everything went well from the precheck I did previously, to my exam, and bloodwork. Waiting time was very minimal and everyone involved was nice, as well as thorough. It was a good experience.
