I try to incorporate a philosophy of understanding the context of a person's culture, personal situation and outlook, and working with a patient to develop a mutually satisfying plan for their health. I enjoy fostering a relationship with my patients over time, which is why I chose to go into family medicine. I strongly believe in preventive health care and strive to keep patients healthy, not just treat illness. I am also committed to medical education.
