Dr. Goodman is a very kind and caring individual. This was my introductory visit with him and he made it so easy and comfortable. He’s attentive, a good listener, and patient.

I moved recently and it was nice to feel very heard even though I came in with a whole folder of issues to talk about or that were partially in progress from previous doctors.

MyChart messed up my information and now I have to find time to go in person to a clinic so they can fix their mistake. It is ridiculous that it isn't possible to fix the error virtually.

Fantastic crew, did wonders to get me in and out efficiently while also taking the time to listen to all my questions and concerns.

I was really concerned about who I would have as a provider when Dr. Kevin Kelly retired this July. I’m so happy to report that Dr. Goodman is doing a wonderful job and I no longer have those concerns. Thanks, Dr. Goodman.

As a holder of United insurance, it saddens me that I may not be able to continue following with Dr. Goodman.

The appt was yrly appt so took some time making parking payment almost unaffordable.

My only issue is that when I scheduled my appt, they didn’t do a good job of explaining the parking process and how to find the actual clinic.

The lab tech that did my draw was wonderful. Tula I believe but I don’t remember her name exactly.

Glad to have such applied people, helping me with my care.

I highly recommend Fairview Riverside. Its facilities and staff are top notch. And the patients always come first.

It was a pleasant experience.

All information I had before my appointment indicated that the it was scheduled at 8:10. After waiting for 15 minutes for the appointment to start I was told that this was actually the arrival time and the appointment was schedule or 8:30. As a result I had an unexpected extra 20 minute wait. This made me extremely frustrated and I felt lied to. I've experienced unexpected waits in the past that were the fault of the clinic (and been apologized to) so this felt like a continuation of a bad pattern. Fortunately my doctor was great and he was on time.

Dr. Goodman was very responsive to all of my requests for information and made things very easy and understandable.

Dr Goodman is awesome! He is very personable and thorough. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable asking any questions about my health. Thanks so much!

Good experience. I appreciated the nurses and staff. The only critique is that the waiting room for the clinic was extremely tight for the number of patients.

I had some trouble finding the actual suite in the building where I should go because it wasn't listed on the building directory and it wasn't listed in any of the emails or app entries.

The receptionist in Dr. Goodman's office was very patient with a loud, complaining man who checked in just before me. Her pleasant and calm demeanor in the face of his blustering sufficiently diffused the situation and he was admitted for care very quickly.

I am grateful for such good care!

I enjoyed meeting Dr Gooodman for the first time following Dr Kelly's retirement. He was very friendly and welcoming, listened carefully to everything I told him about my health history and concerns, and suggested some important ways for me to follow through with a specialist on results of my last 2 blood tests (as well as recent experiences that may stem from my brain bleed in November 2023).

Very helpful at reception and communication with Dr and time spent with him was immensely beneficial.

I always felt like i could bring up any concerns i had about my health without fear of being dismissed! I also never felt like the appointment was rushed which I feel can sometime happen in busy primary care clinics!

Overall good, but I did get lost trying to find the right floor. My directions only led me to the building, but didn't state which floor to go to.
