I strive to engage with patients in order to set attainable goals that can have the most impact on their physical and emotional health. And I pride myself on doing the best I can to be efficient and thorough in my work, while giving the patients who need it the extra attention they may need.



I try in my personal life to have a healthy balance of work, family, and friends, all while maintaining a good sense of humor. Although I hail from New York (by way of Ohio and Michigan), I live in South Minneapolis where I’ve lived for over a decade now. Father of two kids, husband of a professional musician, and owner of four lovely chickens, I like trying my hand at gardening, fixing stuff with my own hands, and playing the four reed accordion.
