Our provider was 45 minutes late seeing us which had an impact on my child’s day and my day, as we both had things scheduled after the visit that we were late for. That may not have been our provider’s fault, but I was extremely frustrated by that.

Overall a great clinic. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse that roomed us to the doctor were all nice and I will be coming back and telling everyone to come here!

Great job

We did a virtual visit as that was recommended on the app, we had a lot of difficulty getting the link to work and we couldn’t see the provider. She was excellent but the virtual visit was difficult.

We waited over an hour to be seen. We are currently sitting in the lobby with another one of our children (for another appointment) and it has already been an hour before even being called back by a nurse! Families have schedules that include work and school. This is horribly frustrating!!!

Dr. Vladimir and Dr. Bond have taken extreme good care of us. They've done a great job for all four of our children. And we are very satisfied with all the quality care and attention that they give us and attention to detail and following through and being very thorough looking out for our children and our family. We really appreciate them.

The nurse came and took my child without me to the back clinic to do some annual tests without asking me. This is not a safe thing to do for some families. I did not feel safe that I wasn't with my child. From here on out, I will refuse to let my child go anywhere in the clinic without a guardian with. This was my only bad experience with the Oxboro location.

The nurse was not very kid-friendly. She didn't explain to my kid what she was about to do before she did it. For example she did not say: 'now I'm going to place this sensor on your finger to check your pulse.' She just did things without explaining to the child what was about to happen. My daughter needs warnings. Same thing applies to the doctor- she didn't explain what she was about to do beforehand. The office is not kid friendly- no crayons no aquarium for kids to feel comfortable.

It would be nice if the waiting room was more child friendly. We don't typically have long wait times, but our toddler does get bored with nothing to do.

The building needs improvement and there should be music/TV somesort of white noise/entertainment so we're not all awkwardly starring at one another.

My provider didn't give a list of side effects or detailed information about optional vaccines that I chose to get and I suffered serious side effects from them that lasted since my appointment 3 days ago and are still ongoing. Additionally, the nurse who administered my shots let the blood drip down my arm and didn't do anything to stop it and I don't usually bruise after shots but I did after she administered them. I have been going to this clinic my whole life and would like to continue going there but only if my experiences improve seriously.

Excellent

Was told test results would take 20-30 minutes. We had heard nothing 2.5 hours later so called. We were then told we needed to give it more time because it had only been a couple hours. Here we are the next day and still no communication regarding results for a simple strep test.

Our daughter is autistic and has ADHD, and they treat her with love, reapect, and autonomy. We appreciate that more than you know.
