I love the convenience of the Highland Park location. It is easy to get to, and I'm usually in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time.

Always clean.

The nursing assistant was fantastic. She had a nice smile. She made me feel relaxed. And she was very pleasant and clear about what to do and how to do it and prepared me for the doctor's visit really, really well.

I felt very welcome - more than I usually do in medical settings.

I received the necessary prescriptions for my illness & am very satisfied.

I was connected with a wound specialist who helped me with wound care. She was so helpful

I am very happy continuing to use Fairview Highland.

I really like this clinic, but it is very difficult to get an appointment. This one was originally scheduled in October and had to be rescheduled due to the provider and the first appointment was three months later.

Facility is clean and organized. Although not a fan of sitting in the same waiting area as urgent care during flu season

An overall M Health issue: I filled out all of the online forms beforehand about my travel, whether I had a fever, my current prescriptions, my allergies, etc and then just a few hours later, I was re-asked the exact same things by the receptionist and also the nurse. The receptionist told me she was required to re-ask these exact same questions. It was a ridiculous waste of time for all of us. Stop this practice.

Gina is the best!! Great provider

Gina is EXCELLENT, she looks right at you while we're talking, not at her screen all the time. She takes her time explaining & shows over the counter product i can get on the computer. My bad I had meant to ask her about a few other things & I forgot. On next appt will try to remember.

Gina is the best! One friend, my boss and her 2 daughters all see her now too because they were looking for a warm, caring and knowledgeable HC provider.

Didn't enjoy waiting 30+ minutes after getting my vitals taken for Gina and her shadower to appear. Understand the client before may have been more time consuming than expected.

I was perfectly satisfied with my reaction to it and I was handled well. The only reason I said I do not recommend it is that I do not recommend that sort of thing to other people because they're not always looking for the same thing I'm looking at. That's all.

Average no complaints this time

I just wanted to let you know that this was the first time that I had ever been offered pain medicine for an IUD insertion, and it was really appreciated that my pain was actually acknowledged, and that especially with IUD insertion and removal, that it is a painful process and not just a pinch like a lot of providers, including some at other therapy locations, just repeat to you. So that was really appreciated. Thanks.
