The staff were all very friendly.

I hope to be able to retain Dr. Slots and his team for the remainder of my health care needs. I am tired of trying to find a new doctor everytime someone retires.

I like how well they listen and address any concerns I have.

Super friendly, super helpful, very informational, doctor as well as the admitting nurse or whatever it's called, the nurse that checked me in. I would just say that maybe put some of the instructions, specific instructions like the blood pressure amount that I should worry about or take the medication for in my instructions would have been more helpful. Like I know a certain amount is too high, but I think you told me a specific number at one point and I wish that would have been in my after visit summary. But other than that, awesome. Thank you.

Woodbury has a much better set up than Maplewood. Maplewood needs an overhaul or they need more doctors. The doctors are overwhelmed with a workload and are not set up for success. Their schedules are tight thus the patient feels rushed and not heard only because the doctors don't have time for our questions. They only have time for their questions because they have to write all the information down while talking to you. That isn't very relational and it does not build trust. It's like a cattle call. Come on in .. and I'll process you through. That's why I'm driving farther from home to go to the Woodbury location.

It would be very helpful if you could get quicker to the person in your health care team to actually talk to someone instead of having to go through about six different prompts. That is not a good customer patient care as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise, everything else is very acceptable.

My experience with Dr. Slots was very different from anything else I have experienced here in Minnesota. So I am very happy that I found a provider like him and the overall experience at the clinic was also great.

I was shocked to make a next day appointment with Dr. Slots, he must have had a cancellation and my timing was lucky. Generally speaking I would have to wait 3 weeks to see him. Very disappointing to have to wait that long! He is a great doctor.

I appreciated that the facility had masking during cold and flu and COVID season to prevent exposures and also the fact that they allowed me to do the procedure without sedation.

I felt well cared for.

The nurse and phlebotomist and front desk lady were also exceptional and deserve to be commended. I have been to this clinic before and yesterday was an incredibly positive experience while the other time was more mediocre.

Woodbury Tamarack is a nice clinic.

Outstanding care this time and every time before. The care I've received here is better than with any other medical system, and that's over five states.

Dr. Slots answered all my questions and was able to explain how statins work , which was helpful.

Doctor was also listening to my concerns and requested tests to see if there were anything to be concerned about my body and he explained my symptoms and next steps. He took his time and made sure I understood my health problems.

What's really important for me in a clinic, one of the important things in a primary care physician in a clinic is that it feels like an LGBTQ accepting environment. And I can say so far that I have that feeling. I obviously talked about some sensitive issues with the doctor and I at no point felt different or perhaps even ostracized. That's not to say that I've had that recently, although there have been recent physicians who I felt who made me feel uncomfortable. So I just really want to call that out. That is really wonderful. Thank you.

Yes, I had a good experience at the clinic. I especially had a nice experience with the doctor, but also with his assistant, his assistant named Brittany, and also the lady that took, drew blood from my arm for the tests. So I was very pleased with the whole experience of going and having the appointment with Dr. Slots. Thank you very much.

I had pneumonia and shingles vaccine and no one told me this bad how I fill almost fainted. I was sick two days call sick to work. Please tell the patient what to expect.

The experience was very, very nice. You know, from the person, the lady that checked me out, she was super pleasant. The nursing staff were very good. The provider itself was good. And the person who draw my blood, she was, she made me smile. So I appreciate it. No, it was a very positive experience. And I was nicely surprised about the entire vibe of the clinic.

There was a young man at the desk upon arrival at Tamara’s location who was extremely helpful;. Didn’t get his name.

I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time.

I had a really good experience at this clinic. The doctor and the nursing staff were all very good. The receptionist, everyone was just outstanding at this facility. The doctor was just very nice and knowledgeable and did an exam. And I just felt really cared for. And ordered test results that would happened in a stat way, which I had an emergency, so that worked out good. So that's it.

I would recommend this doctor and I will be switching to this doctor. He was so informative, helpful respectful
