Jennifer Bremer, RD

As a pediatric dietitian, I believe that good nutrition can shape a child’s health, confidence, and well-being for life. My care philosophy centers around meeting families where they are—empowering parents and children with practical, compassionate guidance that supports healthy growth without guilt or overwhelm. My goal is always to create a positive and supportive food environment.

I specialize in pediatric weight management, gastrointestinal (GI) conditions, diabetes, and nutrition support. I work closely with families and medical teams to create personalized plans that are evidence-based, realistic, and tailored to each child’s unique needs.

I was drawn to pediatric nutrition because it combines two of my greatest passions: helping children thrive + feel their best and translating science into everyday habits. I love being part of a care team that watches young patients grow stronger, healthier, and more confident as they develop a lifelong relationship with food.

When I’m not in clinic, you’ll often find me with my family at one of my two daughters’ soccer games, traveling or tending to our vegetable garden. I’m also a firm believer in fun—ask me about my favorite animal (it’s a turtle) or the color that makes me happiest (bright, cheerful pink).
