I'd like to compliment the entire staff over there from the doctor to the anesthesiologist to the nurse anesthetist to the nurses that prepare you to the nurses that transport you. Everybody is top of the line, extremely professional. Really appreciate going over there when I have to have some procedure done. Thank you.

The assistant who roomed me was very good about giving me the information I needed to navigate to the lab and back. Dr. Wegener sought my input about treatment and gave me good information to make a choice.

Urgent Care is an almost definite choice these days. Not like the good old days when you could have your primary care doctor, see you. Now, they make appointments way ahead of time, and then change whenever it's convenient for the doctor. Point in case, I was to have an annual exam on Jan. 26. Now Ican't get in until March 23. Customer care with a personal doctor has long gone out the window.

Just that everyone working there was very kind and friendly. I saw Dr. Wegner. He was very patient and helpful. Thanks.

Why is the front door locked? There’s only one entrance in or out of the building. It’s very inconvenient and there are no exits marked other than the one that I came in, but if there was a fire or if there’s an emergency the building, sometimes it’s kind of scary cause it doesn’t show you how to get out if you need to

I had a productive and pleasant visit to see Dr. Wegener at M Health Fairview Uptown clinic. Getting into the building was a bit confusing, as it took me a minute before I found the signs directing me to the right entrance. The receptionist was very pleasant and courteous, and helped me get checked in quickly and effortlessly. The phlebotomist at the laboratory was excellent at her job and followed procedures to a T. The nurse who took my vitals made sure I understood what was happening at each step. I appreciated his cheerful but soothing demeanor. Dr. Wegener as always is a thoughtful and experienced and a great resource for understanding my condition. He laid out a number of options and I felt fully in control of my healthcare choices. I felt both better educated and reassured about starting the next phase of my treatment. Thank you to everyone at Fairview Uptown.

Good visit

The problem, as always, is getting an appointment. I can never see Dr. Wegener when I'm sick. I can only see him for these maintenance type things. When I'm sick, it just takes too long to get an appointment to see him. And when I need to move the appointment, it gets moved for months, even though that may not be appropriate. So that's the problem. You still need to deal with it. Thanks.

There is no way to know how much charges for questions asked will be prior to asking the questiions.

I am extremely happy with the care and concern I receive from Dr. Wegener

trying to get an appointment was difficult, being 81 years old, not able to use thee the online system, / (computer knowledge) not easy to use. Also not very good at answering this experience!

Dr. Wegener is exceptional. Too bad you can;t clone him. The young man in the lab is fantastic- no pain on blood draws. Calm and kind.

Dr. Wagner is one of the best medical professionals that I've ever had, and I'm very glad that he's still in practice, and I'm very glad that he's still there because I can be extra, and he is absolutely compassionate and courteous, extraordinarily professional all the time, and it seems like he's a genuinely good human. So yeah, great job, Doc.

Dr Werner is amazing. Such a kind and caring doctor. Excellent in hearing me and understanding my needs. I'm very grateful to have him as my physician.

I feel better about what I'm experiencing now, knowing I can depend on Dr. Wegener's knowledge about my issues. What he told me about auras and migraines makes perfect sense me, and if the symptoms happen again I know what I need to do to verify whether it is auras or an eye issue.
