Dr Sebastian listened to me. He took my symptoms seriously, explained pain management options and possible treatment options. I met with him virtually on Thursday and am scheduled to meet with him in person on Monday. I really felt heard.

Dr. Sebastian was excellent. I had a great visit. My only concern was there was about a two-hour wait and there were many, many ill children in the waiting room area and that made it difficult. We had very close quarters and that's my only complaint was the long wait. Otherwise, the care was great.

My issue hasnt resolved and after visit care isnt the best

They called me and told me what medications they were going to use and then they called me back and said they were going to use this other one because of allergies to medications. I was very happy and very satisfied with them.

When I got home I looked at my typed info and saw that my pulse was at 142 and I am quite sure that is incorrectly high and I called the clinic and left a message and am waiting to hear back. Of course today is New Years and I expect I will hear back tomorrow

The assistant who took my temp and prepped me before I met with the doc, was abrupt in answering my questions and I felt she was disinterested in my care. The nurse who swabbed me, the doctor and the xray tech were wonderful.

I only wish it was easier to make an appointment for any doctor or specialist, through Fairview. It’s like having to identify yourself as if you committed a crime! My son needed assistance last year, to get in contact with the specialist his doctor referred him to. He finally gave up. That led to him needing surgery, after putting up with so much pain and over the counter treatments. The surgeon and everyone in the surgery department at Hudson Hospital were supreme! Very compassionate, explaining every step, and even sent a thank you for letting them treat him!!???? If only the process of getting to these excellent doctors and specialists was even partially as easy as the actual appointment and procedures, it’d be a 10 star experience.

Dr. Sebastian was very good, explained everything. My problem was when I called and made the appointment, I told him I did not want to come consulting. I wanted my knee baker cyst drained. And I told him several times that when I went in, Dr. Sebastian said, well, we don't do that here. You have to go somewhere else. We have to make an appointment. And I said that several times, that I want it drained. I don't want to just go in there for a conference. So now I'll get the invoice, I'm sure, for the visit. And Dr. Sebastian did do a good job explaining it, and he did get me set up with somewhere to go to have it drained. But I was not listened to when I first made it. They did not listen to me what I had to say at first. Thank you.

My experience as a first-time patient with M Health Fairview exceeded my expectations. I came in for an urgent care evaluation for a bump that had been growing each day and causing unbearable pain. Since my primary care provider is no longer in network, I decided to use my current active insurance to see a provider with M Health Fairview. Customer service from check-in through evaluation by the medical assistant and provider was excellent. I would recommend family and friends to see the provider who established the care I needed for my injury within the M Health Fairview system. :) Thank you for your service, Dr. Sebastian.

Yes, all the people, the Dr. Sebastian Prussia's assistant was very kind, very gentle, and a very nice person. I enjoyed meeting her and working with her for my health.

This is the first time I had an appointment w/ Dr. Preciado-Riestra and everything about it was excellent. He called me on time, spent time listening to me, and answered all of my questions. I genuinely got the impression he cared about me and my health situation. I do not go to the clinic that he works at because I live and work in Minneapolis, but I will recommend him to everyone I know including my mother in law who lives close by. His patients are lucky to have him as their doctor.

The people at the River Falls Clinic are phenomenal. When I make an appointment, I try to go in there to do it because if I call the number and I get someone in some other place, they don't even know who Dr. Tashtian is. They said there was no one, any place available for me to get my blood pressure checked. I've had this experience so many times that it raises my blood pressure. I normally go to the River Falls Clinic, which is about a 15-minute drive, 20-minute half-hour drive, to make my appointment for who I want to see. The people at the clinic are phenomenal, and the doctors know about this problem, but it doesn't seem to change. So thanks for the call. Goodbye.

Biggest difficulty is trying to set up a shingles and pneumonia appointment on the website based on recommendation from the initial appointment. The vaccine tab doesn’t specify this as an option and it also did not provide the River Falls location as an option. At this time this followup remains unscheduled.

This was my first online consultation with a doctor. It was very easy to learn to do. It worked fine for the type of medical issue I was having. I didn't really want to come into the clinic to get exposed to other illnesses since I am leaving on vacation soon. This was a great option! The doctor was very personable. I would definitely do that again depending on what my medical issue would be. Thank you!
