They are extremely helpful from the people trying to make the appointments to working things around to get my messages and concerns taken care of.

You could really improve by putting a phone line right straight to River Falls, to your clinic, instead of someplace up in the cities or God knows where the hell they're from, where you got to go through, you've got to sit here for a half an hour to 15 minutes to a half an hour trying to get an appointment made with somebody. That's bull crap. Get a direct number right to your office.

So, small complaint. When I went to go schedule my appointment, I called the Minnesota MHealth main office. They said I couldn't schedule an appointment in River Falls with my doctors, and she was wrong. Secondly, your phone tree is painful. The phone robot is horrible. Getting through it, I'm already irritated before I start talking to somebody. Yeah, think about humans. Much better. Bye.

Kurt Helmrick is a very good Dr.he listens good I've had him as my Dr. For years and I feel good about him knowing all of my health issues and I don't have to explain each time I go into him my health situation.

My doctor was not available and they assigned me the doctor that I had. He was amazing. He was friendly. He was very complete and very good at telling me what I needed to do. And I did not feel uncomfortable at all not knowing him. Thank you.

I think that the experience I had could not be improved. It was absolutely wonderful, flawless, and I've been in the medical career for all of my life.
