Doctor seemed annoyed to see me. I get that it was an afternoon appointment t on a Friday, but still.

I don't like the nurse ask too many private and unrelated questions. I don't like they are inpatient to listen, and poker faced to talk to iPad with a translator.

The provider I saw was kind and helpful. I felt like he empathized with what I was going through and helped come up with next steps and some longer term ideas for managing my stress and anxiety. I'm grateful for how quickly my issues were addressed.

It was frustrating to be waiting for 25 mins to be seen. My appt was at 1:10 I was called to the room after 1:35

Yes, my primary doctor is Dr. Richard Brown. He is very patient. He listens really well. He's always pretty prompt. I guess I've never had a bad experience with him. He's just always been a great primary doctor. So I guess that's all that I have to say.

I arrived on time and the staff at the front desk, I don't know, didn't check me in or something and they had me waiting for more than an hour.

Very efficient! I love how you can pre-check in and get an estimated wait time

After registering, I was called and told to come right away, and then had to wait another hour and 1/2 anyway.

The nurse and doctor were very friendly, and the doctor went out of his way to do some research about my problem!

I was hoping to get biopsy same day instead of making another appointment, little disappointing cause appointments can take up to six-weeks to make , plus trying to figure out if insurance covers it also

Dr. Brown was terrific. He answered my questions. He was friendly. He moved confidently. I'm not sure if the gal, she was a medical assistant or a nurse, but she was also super responsive. She made me, she lessened my anxiety because I was thinking I was going to need stitches. Overall, it was just a very good experience. And I got in and out quickly, which I did not have any expectation of doing. So that was super. You have a good team there. Thank you.

Hi, I've never seen Dr. Brown before, but I met him for the first time, and he did a knock-up job. Did really good. Let me know everything and what was going on. Yeah, he did a really good job. Thank you very much.
