Yes, my primary doctor is Dr. Richard Brown. He is very patient. He listens really well. He's always pretty prompt. I guess I've never had a bad experience with him. He's just always been a great primary doctor. So I guess that's all that I have to say.

I arrived on time and the staff at the front desk, I don't know, didn't check me in or something and they had me waiting for more than an hour.

I was hoping to get biopsy same day instead of making another appointment, little disappointing cause appointments can take up to six-weeks to make , plus trying to figure out if insurance covers it also

Dr. Brown was terrific. He answered my questions. He was friendly. He moved confidently. I'm not sure if the gal, she was a medical assistant or a nurse, but she was also super responsive. She made me, she lessened my anxiety because I was thinking I was going to need stitches. Overall, it was just a very good experience. And I got in and out quickly, which I did not have any expectation of doing. So that was super. You have a good team there. Thank you.

Hi, my name is Abdi, and I want to thank all the doctors I met at the Bayview Hospital. They're all awesome, but I'm sorry I forgot their names, but they treat us very well, and they're nice doctors and nurses, everyone involved in this. I want to thank them, they are very nice and professional, and thank you everyone working over there.

Yeah, the single best thing that you could do would be to stop calling me my dead name. I transitioned ages ago. I changed my name ages ago. I've tried to do everything correctly to get my name changed in the system. The name that is used on my prescriptions does not reflect my legal name, and it does not reflect the name that I have on my insurance. So I'm not really understanding at all why you're using it. You know, before I transitioned and changed my name, I was told that The prescriptions had to match my legal name and had to match the name that is on my insurance. Now we're in the opposite situation where the name does not match my name that is on insurance and does not match my legal name, but you continue to use it anyway. It feels like it's intentional. Like there's someone there just obsessed with never calling me my chosen name. So that's very frustrating. Doc Brown is great. Richard Brown is great.

The doctor made a mistake when writing my prescription. (Was supposed to be 10 days, but it was only written for 5 days.) This caused some confusion and inconvenience.

I just wanted to comment on the doctor. Dr. Richard Brown was wonderful. He was quick, efficient, but also extremely courteous and friendly, and was listening when I asked for something that was not gonna be too hard on my stomach, and also that I'm not allergic to, and also that is not gonna be too bad for me being in the sun. that the medication he prescribed is working. And I was very, very happy with him.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Brown. He listened to my symptoms and recommended that I go on antibiotics for a sinus infection. He called in a prescription, I picked it up and started taking it. After 3 doses I feel better already. Thank you for making it easy for me (an older patient).

I have only one criticism and it is a technical point. This was a televisit. The call was set up and I sat looking at my screen which told me I would be invited to join the video chat. As my appointment time came and passed with no prompt, I called and was told that a delay can occur and to wait patiently. This is all well and good. After a few more minutes I just happened to click over to my gmail account and there I saw the invitation to join the video chat. I was never told to watch my gmail. The instructions in the video chat clearly state that the patient should wait on the Mhealthfairview site for an invitation to join the chat. Please address the technical problem. Had I not wandered over to my gmail account by chance, the video conference would never have taken place.
