I am a provider that focuses on both the patient-provider relationship with my patients as well as incorporating evidence based medicine to better manage my patient’s health by using the patient as a part of the health care team. Medicine is constantly changing and updating. I believe it is crucial to clearly explain all the options and recommendations to the patient so he or she can feel confident in the decisions we make together.



Personally, I enjoy spending my free time with my family, friends, and dog. Outside activities such as running, biking, hiking are all activities we enjoy and living in the state of Minnesota and around the Twin Cities allow for multiple outdoor activities.
